I had to "insert" this into my post
This is something I wasn’t aware existed. I happened upon something like this on the CVS website as I was trying to find chocolates I would by, were I in store.
Wouldn’t it be funny if these were on a rack at the gym next to the free weights.
or If someone started teaching a kegel class instead of yoga.

Why only 4 and a 1/2 stars? Does it leave some hardcore kegel athletes unenthused?

Ha! Who knows? It’s like the old saying goes- “Women! Can’t live with em, can’t satisfy their need for well defined kegel muscles by giving them the KegelMaster brand Kegel exerciser for Valentine’s Day.”

Thanks Tam! I’ve been trying to find something new to teach in yoga class! I think this is just the thing. Wonder, can I buy in bulk, or better to just share one or two?
